Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Reel Scheduler is a private personal tool used only by its owner to publish the owner's own gaming videos. It is not offered to the public.
What the app accesses
- The owner's Google Drive folders (reading and moving the owner's video files), through a service account.
- The owner's YouTube account, through the
youtube.uploadpermission, solely to upload the owner's own videos. - The owner's Instagram account, through Meta's Instagram API, solely to publish the owner's own videos as Reels.
How credentials are stored
The Google OAuth refresh token and other access tokens are stored only as private environment variables on the owner's hosting account. The Instagram access token is periodically renewed, and its renewed value is kept in a private file in the owner's own Google Drive. Credentials are never shared, sold, or used for advertising or any other purpose.
Personal data of other people
The app does not collect, store, or process personal data of any other person. This website uses no analytics, no cookies and no tracking. Like any web host, the hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs of requests.
Videos
Each video is temporarily copied to temporary storage only to complete the upload to Instagram or YouTube, and the temporary copy is deleted afterwards.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Reel Scheduler's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
Access granted to your Google account can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
